This vibrant and energetic class is designed specifically for young yoga enthusiasts who love to express themselves. We combine dynamic poses with fun challenges, encouraging creativity and confidence both on and off the mat. At the end of each session, we celebrate their progress with a «selfie time» moment, capturing the joy and pride of their achievements.
